Dr. Lionel is the scientist who created the spray paint to help the Roller Angels. In the beginning of the game he tells you what buttons you press to play the game. Whenever you get to World 5 he creates another kind of spray paint to help you in the ocean. In World 7 he transports the Roller Angels back to Blissburg to destroy the aliens.
